Step 1: Place your Order
Jump on to Bella and Boots. Order your pet's food for the week, fortnight or month depending on freezer space and affordability. Use the table below as a guide to ensure you get free delivery every time! You can choose to use our subscribe and save program to choose a frequency of aut-delivery and save 5% off your order, or set a reminder on your phone to order new Bella and Boots!
Step 2: Delivery Day
Your order arrives chilled and packed to stay fresh. Store the packets in the freezer and, every night, take out the daily required amount of food. In our smaller packs, the pet food blends come in 150gm pucks. Refer to the table above or our portion guide to know how much to defrost every day.
Step 3: Morning Routine
Once you've gotten up and started brewing your morning cup, take out half of their daily portion and put it in a clean bowl alongside some fresh water. Your pet should come running because they know they've got the good stuff! On warmer days, the refrigerated temp of the raw food will be refreshing. On cooler days, you can add a small amount of warmed bone broth in the bowl with their food. If your pet doesn't come running straight away, monitor the food to ensure it doesn't reach dangerous temperatures and hold off your pet's serving until you know they'll eat.
Step 4: Clean Up
Once mealtime’s over, quickly wash your pet's bowl and dry it. That’s it—no mess, no fuss.
Step 5: Repeat for Dinner
Dinner rolls around and it’s as easy as repeat and serve. One more delicious, balanced meal, one happy pet, and another clean bowl.
