Product Satisfaction and Returns Policy 

We pride ourselves on the quality of our product. However, as our products are perishables, you cannot return items if you have simply changed your mind. If you have received a product in error, or are not happy with a product’s quality, please call us within 24 hours on 5474 3817 and we’ll try our best to remedy the issue.

Limitation of Liability 

Bella & Boots Organic Pet Food maximum liability to you for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the cost of the purchase price you have paid for the products.

Bella & Boots Organic Pet Food will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.

Cancellation Policy 

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. There are no lock in contracts.

Payments 

Payment is due prior to delivery and is automatically debited via card/subscription. It is the customer’s responsibility to have sufficient funds available in your account, failing which; A failed payment fee of $3.00 for each unsuccessful debit will be payable. This fee is in addition to any fees charged by your own financial institution for any unsuccessful debits.

Delivery 

Delivery is free for all Bella & Boots Organic Pet Food orders over $100.
Any orders below $100 will incur a delivery charge of $10.

Alternatively you can pick up from our retail outlet at Eumundi Meats, 59 Rene Street Noosaville 4566.
We recommend that your delivery is brought inside and stored away correctly ASAP.

Standard Delivery days now Tuesday and Friday.  
Please place your order by 9am the day prior to our delivery days.

Deliveries usually commence at around midday and are aimed to be completed by 6pm.

Privacy Policy and Data Protection 

Bella & Boots Organic Pet Food respects the confidentiality of our subscribers. Appropriate measures have been taken to ensure that your personal information is respected and kept confidential always. Any personal information collected from you is used solely for Bella & Boots Organic Pet Food services and is never shared with mailing lists, advertisers or other third parties. Apart from Club Raw (credit card details held in 3rd part app Stripe), no credit card numbers are stored in our system and our e-commerce system uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to ensure your shopping experience is safe, sound and secure always.
