Produce Farmers

Good Harvest

With the recent unseasonable weather, floods and cold snaps, it's more important than ever to show our appreciation for our hardworking farmers. We love to talk about our meat farmers, but there's a secret star of our food packs. Good Harvest, the organic produce farmers.

Good Harvest is an impressive social enterprise on the Sunshine Coast: a group of dedicated farmers working together to improve the environment and community in the place we call home. This farm is a certified organic farm, rejecting the use of chemical fertilisers or pesticides, cultivating a system of community, integrity and transparencyMick Dan and Kelly Burton are the owners and operators of Good Harvest, but they don't do it alone: there is an entire team of capable, passionate farmers — each with their own skills, passions and dreams — who work together to produce delicious seasonal produce.

The core values at Good Harvest are much of the reason we chose to work with them on our food packs: community, integrity, transparency. When we knew we had to source organic, local produce we knew we had to work with local produce farmers  from Good Harvest.

The important herbs and vegetables we add to our food packs come straight from the Good Harvest farm at Woombye to the pet bowl — just like how our meat goes straight from the butcher to your pet's belly. When we include seasonal greens, zucchini,  flax meal, pepitas and pumpkin seeds, for fibre, hydration, omegas, antioxidants, we ensure they are of the highest quality. Good Harvest allows us to provide those high quality ingredients, for your pets happiness and health.

You can read more about Good Harvest on their website, about our journey creating Bella and Boots or the benefits of our food packs in the product description on our website. If you have any more questions, you can reach out online or in-store at Noosaville. If your dog or cat has tried our Bella & Boots packs and enjoyed them, we’d love to know.
